Wedding in Soquel, CA 6-20-09

Karen, who I went to college with, and Zach got married this Saturday and the family was in attendance. We had a lot of fun and Julian was especially loving all the little girls giving him attention and had a blast chasing them.
FYI: Family, if you would like to see a picture in it's original large scale version, please click on the photo and wait for it to upload (This is helpful when trying to get a look at Julian's true expression). From there you can right click with your mouse to save the photo to your personal photo files or as a screen saver. To go back to the blog click on the go back arrow or hit "backspace" on your keyboard. Hope that is helpful.

Watching the couple say "I do".
Taking their first walk as husband and wife. Isn't his outfit just adorable?!?! Our son is sooo photogenic, yet it is sooo hard to get him to take pictures. Julian giving his "mean face" to Dad.
Madison, the bride and groom's daughter, is 11 months younger than Julian; Mrs. Rita, the groom's mom. "Give Madi a kiss, Ju."
While in school Julian and I would go over to Rita's house for dinner every Sunday night. Rita, you're the best. Julian caught wearing Mommy's high heel. Julian chasing the girls.

Spaghetti's Very First Haircut! 6-7-09

The period of beautiful curls has come to end because Julian got his very first haircut. We were so proud at how well-behaved Julian was in the barber's chair. He became a little antsy when the lady was using the clippers around his ears, but if someone were coming at me with clippers I'd be a little antsy too. Now Spaghetti looks like such a big boy.

Getting Ju ready. Here we go, big boy.First cut.
The sad/weird faces were all for show. He was being silly with me because I kept telling him to smile.
No babies were harmed during the making of this haircut.
After!
Curls all gone.

Video of Julian's first haircut. Notice how he is so silent? It's amazing and weird. Our child always has something to say...
