The Pizza Patio field trip was pretty cool. The manager and staff members were very generous with their facility and went out of their way to make the kids' time there a learning experience. They took all of us back into the kitchen and showed the children how they make all the pizzas. After that each child got to custom make their very own pizza. Julian loved this and had so much fun -- he made a pepperoni, pineapple, and olive pizza. Yum! Once all the pizza was gone the kids enjoyed playing around on the video games and playing with the play-doh and wax sticks that Teacher Marsha brought with her.
In the kitchen... learning how the pizza dough is made, topped, and cooked.
I like the order of his pizza -- pineapple on top of the pepperoni and olives in the middle.
Julian teasing poor Kaitlyn with wicky waxy sticks.
